Genesis
In the beginning, there was bad porn.
And it was formless, and male-gazey, and extremely poorly lit.
So we made something else. This is the story of that — told properly, not just another fairy tale.

The belief
We make HER come first.
Porn is a sensitive subject, and we know it. We're not here because we're some crazy porn lunatics — we're here because we think this space, and the people using it responsibly, deserve better. And more than anything, the women in this space deserve so much better.

Our friends kept complaining. So we built them a workaround.
It wasn't a business plan. Our friends kept telling us the same thing: every porn site they opened turned into an obstacle course — pop-ups, banner ads, harassment dressed up as advertising, sites that felt built for anyone except them. Honestly, we didn't love it either. So we put together a page where they could just watch what they liked, without being ambushed by an ad every time they hit play.
It grew. Nobody asked it to.
What started as a favor for a handful of people turned into something bigger than any of us expected. Friends told other friends. Those friends told more. Suddenly "the page we made so our friends could watch in peace" had an actual audience — one that wanted exactly what our friends wanted: somewhere that didn't feel hostile just for showing up.

We didn't want to make money the way everyone else does.
Banner ads were never on the table — that's the exact harassment we started this to get away from. We didn't want to produce our own films either; Erika Lust and a handful of others already do that beautifully, better than we'd manage starting from zero. And we didn't want to charge for access to content that's free everywhere else. So we looked for the gap that we had not filled yet: our own app with audios and pleasure flows, made by us, for the people already here.

The manifesto
Her commandments
- I.
Thou shalt come first.
Obviously. Every video is hand-picked by us, with our own eyes, specifically to make sure she does.
- II.
Thou shalt look like you mean it.
We only select videos where the pleasure looks real — not what a man imagines female enjoyment looks like from the outside.
- III.
Thou shalt have decent sheets.
We're unapologetic interior geeks. Nice apartments, bedrooms we'd actually want to sleep in — not bedding straight out of a backpacking hostel.
- IV.
Thou shalt never need incognito.
We didn't build a vibe, we built the real thing — something so good you'd want to brag about it, not hide it in a private tab.
- V.
Thou shalt take the law seriously.
Legislation on this is everywhere and always changing, and almost nobody in this industry keeps up. So we're building the thing that does — Greenlit — to make porn safer and more responsible, without losing the fun.
How we got here
The books, so far
femporn.de goes live
A page built for a handful of friends, nothing more.
The ad deals we turned down
Every offer to run banner ads got the same answer: no. That's exactly what we built this to get away from.
Two million of us leave the mainstream tube sites
No ad spend. Every one of them found us through search, word of mouth, or a friend who wouldn't shut up about it.
app.femporn.de launches
Audio erotica and pleasure flows — songs for the moments a screen doesn't fit.
Building Greenlit
The transparency layer this industry has been avoiding for decades. Tested on ourselves first.
app.femporn.de
Erotica that follows your mood.
Not on your incognito tab. On purpose. Audio stories and pleasure flows, curated for what you actually want tonight.
Set your mood and discover.
Tender, curious, intense, playful, safe & slow, adventurous — start wherever you actually are, not where a screen assumes you are.
What's next
Two more chapters, still being written
No sequel rights sold. We're just doing it again, in the open.
Compliance, made honest
A tool for adult platforms to actually get compliant — age verification, consent logs, DSA readiness — instead of quietly hoping no one checks. Fair warning: we're building this because we're up to our necks in the same paperwork. Some of it is genuinely hard to solve technically. The rest just costs more than a bootstrapped studio wants to admit out loud. We haven't cracked all of it yet — we're building it in the open anyway, starting with ourselves.
We're just story nerds
Truth is, we love building stories more than almost anything else — and we want that to show. We're working on a faster way to make them, so the next season ships in weeks, not months, without losing the craft. First up: micro-dramas, told in proper episodes. After that, interactive stories where your choices bend the plot, and formats that put you closer to the characters than anything we've made before — fun whether you're curious, cautious, or already all in.
Why we ask
If you've read this far, you already know what a mess this is.
Age checks, payments nobody wants to touch, laws that change faster than we can keep up, a whole industry that side-eyes us for even trying — should be reason enough to quit. Turns out it's just too much fun, and we're too stubborn to leave. We think we can actually pull this off, because people have backed us the whole way here — and, fingers crossed, will keep doing it.
